The roost creative - BTS PHOTO SHOOT video

With 'The Roost Creative' re-branding and re-launching their website in late 2015, a photoshoot was commissioned to help provide new photographic content for the website. To give potential future 'Roost' users a peek inside what it is like here at 'The Roost' a behind the scenes website launch video was also created from this photoshoot.

THE PROJECT
The Roost is a community of independent creative people sharing space and ideas. Members co-work and play out of an open-plan studio based in the heart of Hunter St Mall, Newcastle. We’re a mix of emerging creatives and established industry mentors. Among them are graphic designers, illustrators, marketing professionals, photographers, event planners, writers and others working in digital media. 

With Beautiful Motion Pictures using The Roost as a base of operations, The Roost engaged us to produce a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video for the upcoming photo shoot.

FINAL PRODUCT
With a photo shoot being a fast paced environment, this was a shoot where I had to be ready to go at all times to capture those magic moments that help make the final film great. The final product I believe provides an excellent overview of The Roost, whilst showing the co-working space as a slightly edgy cool place to do creative work.
